This was perfect in every way for my stay. SO comfortable, hosts were super responsive, the yard was super nice and all kitchen items needed were there. Tastefully furnished, nice neighborhood with great quiet for sleep, and basically everything positive!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had 3 adults and 2 dogs, but I could see it working equally well for families with kids. Communication with the host was exceptional at all times. Everything was clean and just as described. Comfy beds and furniture. Kitchen really nicely stocked, including a great coffee/tea station. We're already planning a return visit.

We spent a week in this comfortable, well-equipped house. We were a party of five adults in Sacramento for a family celebration. The house is located in a lovely residential community with quick access to midtown Sacramento and Land Park. We especially enjoyed the spacious back yard and patio, filled with fruit trees (the grapefruit were ripe and delicious). Most of all we appreciated Ryker's responsiveness to our questions and requests. We had an exceptional time and would recommend this house to both families with children and groups of adults.
